18 May Online Registration for Current Students ONLY
Hello Parent or Guardian,
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
This is your formal invitation to participate in Yuba River Charter School’s mandatory online registration. The online registration forms must be completed by June 10th for your child to be enrolled in the upcoming 2016/17 school year. Please set aside one hour to complete this process and keep your login information in a safe location. If a student is not fully registered, their spot may be offered to a student who is on the waitlist.

If you are not comfortable with using an online registration format, please contact the office at (530) 265-6060. We will be holding an online registration workshop where parents/guardians can complete the online registration process on:
Friday, May 20th, 8:00-9:30 am & 3:00-4:30pm or
Thursday, May 26th, 5:00-7:00pm. Please call the office to RSVP.
Parents/guardians are still required to attend the Registration Day on August 16 to verify enrollment.
Why are we moving to this new system you may ask –
Once you have completed your registration packet, all of your information will be stored in the school database. Once your information is saved, the registration process will be minimal in subsequent years. This will ultimately save you time and will save the office staff countless hours of data entry and tracking of documents. By saving paper, trees will be saved too. Having this completed before the next school year will help the office distribute the school directory near the start of the school year.
