Sweet Pea Kindergarten Assistant
Miss Eileen was welcomed at Yuba River Charter School in the fall of 2022, bringing with her a deep passion for early childhood education and a love for nurturing young children. As both a mother and an educator, she finds immense joy and purpose in working with children, guiding them through their early years with warmth and care. She resonates strongly with the loving, creative, and magical environment that Waldorf education fosters. She is thrilled to support and nurture the school’s youngest members, helping them develop a sense of wonder, connection, and creativity.
Miss Eileen has completed training in LifeWays and early childhood Waldorf courses and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Temple University in Philadelphia. She also earned a certificate from The Hawthorn Institute, a clinical herbalism program in Southern Oregon. A talented fiber artist, she teaches natural dye workshops, sharing her passion for traditional crafts and nature-based artistry.
Outside of school, she finds inspiration in exploring nature, baking, music, and spending time with her family. Whether creating with her hands, immersing herself in the natural world, or fostering a sense of wonder in children, Miss Eileen is dedicated to bringing beauty, warmth, and creativity into everything she does.
